Social Theory, Digital Education and the Global South: Critical Perspectives, edited by Cristina Costa and Ana Lucia Pereira, invites proposals for chapter contributions, in the form of a 400-word abstract. The book explores the interplay between digital media practices and education—in primary, secondary, further, higher, and adult and community education, as well as informal education—in the context of the Global South. We are particularly keen on chapters that advance existing social theories and/or propose new theoretical debates given the contexts/settings in which the debates take place. Deadline: June 30, 2019. Chapter abstracts should be submitted, in Word format, to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
